What we have now is simply a dream. Joel was patient and listened to all of my asks. The crew came and stayed until the job was done. Garcia led the crew and checked in daily. Such amazing humans! I cannot say enough. Very professional, patient and talented team. At the end of each day I received progress pictures that made the process even more exciting! I can’t recommend Artisan enough. We have worked with them over the past year to first start on a redesign and replant project for the front yard which also led to a much more detailed design project in the back yard. The landscaping redo was soup to nuts from hardscape, driveways and pathways including various types of stones and bricks, plant materials and flowerbeds, sod, irrigation, technical drainage, pool decking, steel edging, fencing, etc. You name it, and they had the technical expertise and team to do it! Furthermore, it was great working with Kevin and Garcia who both ensured the project turned out to be nothing short of remarkable with daily and weekly visits and progress reports all the way through to the finish line. Jack Condrey3 July 2025My expectations were exceeded by the excellent work by Artisan Landscapes. I had a very unique problem called “Ground Pearls” which is an insect that no insecticide will kill, but the Ground Pearls definitely kill your grass. We had to excavate a section of the yard to physically remove the insects. This was not an easy project. Artisan landscape did everything I needed including follow-up visits to make sure everything was done as planned. I highly recommend Artisan Landscape, and John Grasso (Vice President) personally made sure the project was done right. Thank you, John, and your crew for a job well done.Posted on Google

Once the project started, Cooper was super helpful in bringing to life the plans and what that looked like in real life and how that would function. He brought up good suggestions and was always there when I had questions or wanted to make some changes along the way. Nobody works harder than Teofilo and his team! He is the best. He is thorough and makes sure things get done correctly and is happy to show you if you have any questions or changes along the way. I am someone who researches everything before buying and questions everything 🤣. Julie Bonner6 August 2024We had very challenging drainage issues with standing water on all 4 sides of our home anytime it rained. I was skeptical that anyone would be able to fix it, but Kevin H and his team at Artisan knocked it out of the park. They installed french drains under our walkway, yard and landscaped areas, all hidden under the surface, and directed our gutter downspouts to drain beneath the surface as well. And after 8+ inches of rain over 24 hours during Hurricane Debby, we have ZERO standing water! (Note: other areas in our neighborhood are flooded and streets are impassable.) I’m blown away. On top of it, they gave us an absolutely gorgeous oasis to enjoy. They’re a pleasure to work with — very professional, responsive, flexible and patient. And their work is top notch. From the beginning of our project to the end, the entire team was professional, on time, and on budget! They helped us re-work the landscaping around our home including the design and managed the project approval process with our homeowners association. What really impressed me even more was the follow up. Since the project was completed about a month ago Garcia has been by several times to check on the status of the new sod / new plants and check the sprinkler systems settings. In fact he's back today adjusting one sprinkler nozzle so that if provides better coverage on part of the yard. All without any requests from me! Nick Krueger28 July 2023John the GM and his team did an awesome job on our backyard landscape and sod work. When we bought the house, our backyard was a mess and had a huge drainage issue. They came up with a plan and executed well to regrade our yard, put in French drains with sump pumps, and then add new dirt and sod. My wife and I both remarked that we’ve never seen a crew work harder in our entire lives. It seemed like a huge project but the crew got it done in just a week. Additionally, I’ve had some house projects done and I’ve never worked with a company that communicates so well. I had some questions each night about work that was done that day and John always was quick to text back within a few hours with great and informative answers. Joel and his manager John were always professional and attentive as they constructed a two-tiered hardscape patio pool surround. This project involved setting foundations, retaining walls, and precision masonry. Drainage for both the patio and yard was installed. They finished off the look by installing sod, and plantings complete with irrigation. It is beautiful and exactly what we asked for! They completely transformed our yard and were involved from start to finish with our pool install and ensured proper drainage, irrigation, rerouting of plumbing and our pool auto fill was done correctly the first time. They also have their own professional landscape architect they work with who customized our yard according to deer proof plants and full sun trees and bushes to give us the best, most beautiful privacy hedges with just the right pop of color!
